L'Alberni Pacific Railway est exploité par la Western Vancouver Island Industrial Heritage Society (WVIIHS), une société à but non lucratif dont le mandat est de restaurer, entretenir, exposer et exploiter des camions et des trains d'époque provenant des collections industrielles de la ville de Port Alberni et le WVIIHS.
